To host an event, please read below and email eutrapeliagr@gmail.com with the date, time, and scope of your event.

We will broadcast the event to our network of guys.

• Activity selector is responsible for sourcing location, necessary equipment, and declaring the lowest age allowed to participate. All men are here to help though!

• Activities that are not on this list are welcome!

• Please, nothing with satanic content (like Magic:The Gathering for example)

• If money is required (for renting a field or gym for example, that can be sent out to all men invited in the communication about the event) but finding ways to make it work without paying any money is advised. If money is required for a certain activity, it may mean less turn out and should be optional.

• Be advised that some activities may need to be able to scale up or down based on the turn out and popularity of this club. For example, if 20 people turn out for volleyball and we have one volleyball court available, some men may not have a good time. We should however have a decent amount of RSVP's ahead of time.

• We will try to get RSVP’s, but don’t plan on it being a foolproof system.

• Please encourage others to go by advertising your own event.
